Well, it's been a few weeks since the bacon brekkie implosion and honestly the holiday's have totally made everything all pear shaped. ARGH. So this week, just to get the Pound O Bacon Friday in I baked up 1lb of bacon with some crushed red pepper and a lil ground red pepper. Yeah, suuuper boring. I know. Ugh. If you're a bacon cooking genius, let me know because next year I'll be hiring a chef. Yeah, I know... Very disappointing. That's just it is during the holiday season.
