Pound O Bacon Friday was saved!!! Welllll, kinda.  Luckily, while in Las Vegas I was able to find a great deli.  And even luckilier, they had a delicious open faced Reuben sandwich.  AND the luckilierest thing of all....... It had a full pound of corned beef!!!  OH YEAH BABY. The pics are amazing! The only thing better than a pound of bacon is a pound of corned beef. It wasn't easy to eat all of it though, because it had all the fillers like tons of cheese, bread, and sauerkraut.  The first 72.4% went down without a problem.  I had to kick er into overdrive and put the hammer down and BAM, finished it. So if you ever have a bacon emergency, then fall back on corned beef.  Corned beef will always be there to pick you up when your baconless.  There are not many meats that can take over when bacon isn't available. All hail the Reuben and it's delectable corned beef!
